MEMORANDUM FOR MADE A MISTAKE, AMN, FR123-45-6789

FROM: 4 XXX/CC

SUBJECT: Letter of Reprimand - Quarters Dirty

1. On or about 6 Apr 03, I received a complaint from TSgt #### ######, whom you subletted
a room from. TSgt #### explained that he had just returned from a TDY, and found his house
in complete disorder. TSgt #### also explained that the neighbor across the street had
informed him of your loud conduct and messy lifestyle, and commented “ that she thought Air
Force people were better than that….she didn’t know they were pigs” or a comment of that
nature. The First Sergeant and I immediately inspected the house, and found it to be in the
condition described by TSgt ####. Consequently, I directed you to move back into the
dormitory, clean up that house, and apologize to the neighbor concerning your conduct.

2. You are hereby reprimanded. You have engaged in aberrant behavior which will not be
tolerated from a member of the United States Air Force. Your past behavior has raised serious
questions about your ability to remain in the United States Air Force. Your behavior was

despicable conduct. Your actions affect every member who wears the Security Forces badge, as
well as every member of the United States Air Force. You have severely damaged our
relationship with the civilian community, and I will not tolerate this type of conduct from a
Security Forces member. Any future incidents of this nature will bring stronger administrative or
punitive actions.
